Annie Peterson’s life started going downhill the day her husband robbed the Clark County Savings and Loan. Annie and Warren’s twin daughters, Brandi and Candy, are getting married. With two weddings to plan, Warren has kidded about having to rob a bank to pay for it all.

Then someone really did rob the night deposit at the savings and loan of $25,000.00. Warren hands Annie an envelope filled with cash—$25,000.00 to the penny, and she knows he’s the one the police have been looking for since last Tuesday. After all, she holds the evidence in her hands.

Annie sets out to learn the truth. She even signs up for an on-line course in investigation. The course costs $150.00, which she can’t afford, but this is an emergency. As an investigator, Annie has a lot to learn, but she has a heart of gold and is compassionate to the max.

Janice A. Thompson’s The Wedding Caper is a light-hearted cozy with a heroine determined to solve this burglary, no matter what, even if it means implicating her own husband.
