Single Servings is written for the unmarried adult and offers an honest look at the struggles and benefits of living the single life. Lee Warren shares both biblical and contemporary stories which encourage single Christians to find their happiness in Christ. Have you ever wondered why your past relationships didn’t work? Have you struggled with the expectations someone else has put on your life? Do you want a better way to connect with other people? If your answers to any of these questions are yes, then Single Servings is the devotional you’re looking for! Its honest and compelling style pulls the reader in, urging you to discover the answers for yourself through Scripture and sometimes humorous true stories. There are a few brief questions at the end of each devotional, guiding the reader to a real life application. Even though I am not single, I enjoyed reading Single Servings and would recommend this to any single adult—or any married adult who spends much time alone. I was motivated to take a plate of cookies up to the man who just moved in on the next block and get to know him as a result of reading this book.
