The Lady Netta is determined to attend her bridal party, even though her bridegroom, Tahn Dorn is worried about her safety. He appoints a full guard to accompany her. It’s the day before their wedding and Tahn is nervous. They’ve come so far and at such great risk, nothing can be allowed to go wrong now. Tahn has his own feast with his friends, but when time goes by and Netta doesn’t return, he and his friend, Lucas, ride out to meet her. They find her coach overturned and the escort dead. Netta is gone. Tahn rides in pursuit, but time is against him. Can he find the enemies from his past and save his bride before it’s too late? L.A. Kelly’s The Scarlet Trefoil is medieval adventure at it’s most exciting. It’s loaded with conflict, strong characters, and heart-stopping action. L.A. Kelly has the knack of making her readers feel at home in the medieval world. Good historical fiction.
