Lauren Holbrook has vowed she’ll never get married. After watching her dad’s broken spirit as one by one her sisters married, she’s determined to stay home forever. She has an ideal job, working for her best friend, Brandon, at his photography studio, and has discovered a fun new hobby—matchmaking.
But when Laurie decides to set her carefree pastor up with a straight-laced co-worker, Ruby, everything goes wrong! Who knew that a simple introduction between friends could bring such complicated results?
Miss Match is Erynn Mangum’s first novel, and it is a riot. I totally fell in love with the characters, with the story-line, with everything about this book. I laughed until I cried, and I didn’t want to put this book down.
Laurie is a wonderful, fun fun fun character and I want her for my new best friend. I also loved all the other characters in the book. Ms. Mangum has definitely come up with a winner and I hope to see many more books by this talented author. Don’t miss Miss Match. Available now at your favorite bookstore. $12.99. 366 pages.
