Genre: Inspirational/Juvenile/Adventure

Imagine that you are walking alone through the woods near your home, and you find a white wolf pup with his leg stuck in a steel trap. Imagine you released it from the trap, even with the pup's mother growling and bearing her teeth at you. Imagine that the mother stops growling and seems to thank you.

That very thing happened to six-year-old Brian Fisher. But no one will believe him, save two. His friend, Windwalker, a god-fearing Native American, and Tommy Wilson, another kid his age. Now, the biggest adventure of his life unfolds as a result, years later.

Brian hadn't seen the wolf pup, Snowball, since he rescued it from the steel trap. But, to his surprise, the wolf saves his life not once, but twice. But Brian may have to save the wolf's life yet again. Criminals in the area are capturing and killing wolves. With more and more wolves disappearing every day, Brian and his friend, Tommy, set out to save Snowball, and the rest of the wolves from a terrible fate at the hands of the wolf-nappers.

Experience the fast-paced suspense of Legend of the White Wolf. Filled with excitement, and sprinkled with humor, this book is sure to satisfy anyone's book appetite, from the young tweener to the old-timer. And to top it all off, the bittersweet ending will leave you in tears of sadness and joy. This is the best Max Elliot Anderson book so far!

When I picked up Legend of the White Wolf, I didn't stop reading until the last page. Truly magnificent. Two thumbs up!
