Title: Journey To Zigamazoo Author: Captain Cosmo and the Electric Brownie Publisher: Trafford ISBN: 1-412-00846-8 Genre: Children/Fiction
When a boy named Jerome is magically transported to a land called Zigamazoo, a land where there is no rules, no parents, and no work, he begins his journey to the wish fire, where he can make one wish, any wish, and it will come true.
Jerome misses his family, yet cannot leave the strange land. On his journey to the fire, he meets many unusual creatures. What will his wish be? Find out in Journey to Zigamazoo.
Although the story was creative, I found it frustrating to read with
the constant rhyming and crowded pages. Also, the tons of clipart were
distracting to me. I think the authors would have been better off writing
it as a regular, fiction story, with just a handful of illustrations. |
