I enjoyed reading this book and wished there had been something similar to this on the market when my first child was born. Help! I'm A New Mother! has wonderful advice, and is like an instruction guide on how to care for yourself and a new baby. It will be a wonderful resource for new mothers to refer to time and again. There are even areas provided for you to add your own thoughts and concerns or advice.
I am expecting my fifth child and even though I am ‘experienced’ in almost all areas of childcare, it was still good to refresh my memory as I read through this book. The cover is adorably funny. I didn’t think I’d get any reading done in this book at first as my two-year-old fell in love with the cover and wanted to talk about it for hours—and then had to show it to her brothers and sister.
Pick up a copy of Help! I'm A New Mother! for all the new- or soon-to-be-new moms you know. This would make a great baby shower gift. | |
