Title: Fiesta Moon Author: Linda Windsor Publisher: Westbow Press ISBN: 0-7852-6063-3 Genre: Inspirational/Romance Corrine Diaz, once an orphan, returns to Mexico in search of her birth mother. She volunteers at an orphanage in Mexicalli and falls in love with its people. Everything is wonderful until… Mark Madison hops off a livestock truck and into her life. He is handsome, egotistical, debonair, and a real pain in the neck. Mark’s brother Blaine has bailed him out from a DUI arrest. As punishment, Mark is sent packing, expected to return sober and with the orphanage’s building project completed. Easy, right? Bedlam ensues as the orphanage’s new building is “witched” and the fireworks between Corrine and Mark grow more frequent. Someone is trying to drive them away from the property, but why? Who is it, and will they be successful? Fiesta Moon is just plain sweet, with its colorful characters and quaint Mexican setting. It’s not only an entertaining read, but powerfully speaks of forgiveness and second chances. For anyone who loves romantic locations and happy endings, this jewel is for you. Look for the first book in Linda Windsor’s Moonstruck series, Paper Moon. The third book in the series, Blue Moon, is coming soon in January 2006.
