Isabel Suarez is the cleaning lady in charge of cleaning the offices. Her husband begged her not to go to work but she figured she get the office suites cleaned and be home before the hurricane hit. She holds the darkest secret of all.
The Elevator is another page turning thriller by prolific author, Angela Hunt. She knows how to hold the readers interest and how to keep the pages turning. I held my breath as these three ladies found themselves caught in the elevator together, and as they went from barely nodding acquaintances to talking freely with each other.
While being a good read, I really didn’t see much point to the story. There isn’t much of a faith message, and I really didn’t see the point. But Ms. Hunt does hold the readers interest and it is good for a few hours escape from the real world. $13.95. 384 pages.
