Title: Do Princesses Really Kiss Frogs? Author: Carmela LaVigna Coyle Illustrator: Mike Gordon Publisher: Rising Moon Genre: Children’s Fiction
Daddy, what do princesses wear on a hike? As long as it’s sensible, they wear what they like!
Everyone knows a young princess and how spunky and curious they are. Every new experience is an adventure. In Do Princesses Really Kiss Frogs? the little princess and her daddy wander through the woods, meadows, and waterlands, filled with all kinds of wonders.
Silly, fun, and vibrant, Do Princesses Really Kiss Frogs? is written in a question and answer format which leads the child to interact more fully with the book. There is also a kind of I-spy game included at the end where the child can go back and find the things hidden on the pages.
My three-year-old daughter loved Do Princesses Really Kiss Frogs? and couldn’t wait for me to read it to her. The pictures continue to hold her interest and she spends hours looking at them and laughing at some of the illustrations.
Do Princesses Really Kiss Frogs? is definitely a winner with my little princess. I recommend it highly. Beautifully bound hardcover book with colorful pictures. |
