Title: Digital Disaster Author: Robert Elmer Publisher: WaterBrook Press ISBN: 1-57856-747-5 Genre: Juvenile/Inspirational Fiction
Imagine if you were sucked into cyberspace by a digital camera, with no way to get back. Well, that's exactly what happens to Ashley and Austin Webster, and their aunt’s prize-winning pooch, Applet. Desperate to find a way back to their hometown, the two cybernauts search for a link to Normal, Illinois.
Along the way, they run into another cybernaut, named Mattie Blankenskren. At first she seems nice, but Ashley soon discovers the truth. Mrs. B is trying to erase everything Christian from the Internet! Will Ashley and Austin be able to stop her? Or will Mattie succeed in making the web completely non-Christian? From the digital sinking Titanic, to Apollo 13, stranded in cyberspace, this is one crazy adventure. But please, no double-clicking the characters!
I would definitely recommend this book to computer geeks and adventure freaks of all ages! And I can’t wait to read the rest of the super cool series, Hyperlinkz! | |
