Title: Air Rage Author: Sam Yarney Publisher: Victor Newman Books ISBN: 0-9542809-1-1 Genre: Apocalyptic Adventure Sam Yarney did it again! This thrilling sequel to Ninety Days made me want to race through to the end of the story then want more! Cyrus Anderson, British journalist, once again steps unwittingly into international espionage, terrorism and politics. A mysterious interaction with a person from the past draws Cyrus, his friends, family and even the president of the United States into the deadly mess. As Cyrus tries to uncover the mystery, he becomes a target of The Mighty and Strong One, the Anti-Christ to come. This evil character and his minions are also out to destroy the reputation and ministry of Bruce Hightower, head of PDR (Pour Down Righteousness). PDR is a world-wide Christian news broadcaster and threat to the evil intentions and plans of Satan and his evil one on earth. China is also threatened by the Christian message of PDR and wants it stopped, cold. Unholy unions are forged to eliminate all threats to the powers of darkness. Cyrus repeatedly confronts his friend, Alain St. Clair, multi-billionaire and world political player, to try to find out what is really going on. Alain finally blasts Cyrus, telling him to never call him again. They were like brothers, but now Alain seems to have given himself completely over to the side of evil. But the gates of hell cannot prevail against the Holy Spirit and godly believers through the power of corporate Christian prayer and fellowship. Air Rage rocks! It captivated my heart and mind, encouraging me to pray, to seek closer Christian fellowship and to face the powers of darkness with boldness in Christ. Air Rage strikes a common cord in men to get in touch with and express their wild hearts in courageous boldness and tough love as holy warriors. I can't get enough of God and His adventure for my life. I couldn't get enough of the book either. Can't wait for more sequels, Sam. Please! |
